When the only way you get bailed out of an even worse story is a confidentiality agreement, that’s a bad sign…

And yet Donald Trump may survive — at least until he loses the election in November — only because "iron-clad" confidentiality agreements will likely prevent producers from releasing some of the "far worse" things he allegedly said on The Apprentice when compared to his ongoing 2005 lewd comments controversy.

Mark Burnett, the creator of The Apprentice, is feeling mounting pressure to release unaired video and audio of Trump on the reality TV show, and yet confidentiality agreements are in place that would make the release virtually impossible — and Burnett doesn’t even own the videos in question.

The clips are owned by MGM, and explicit legal agreements make it so that there would be a practically-guaranteed lawsuit if the footage were to be released, especially because — according to TMZ — it captures far more celebs and other people on hot mics than just Trump alone.

All this comes as the Trump campaign is actively melting down ahead of tonight’s town hall-style debate with Hillary Clinton.

Campaign surrogate and ridiculous buffoon Rudy Giuliani went on the Sunday morning news shows, like Meet the Press, and struggled horribly to try to defend Trump’s awful comments.

Greeeeeeeeat work, Rudy.

Meanwhile, many in Hollywood are advocating that more Trump tapes get released so we can all see who this man really is — including Mike Fleiss, the creator of another reality show, The Bachelor (below) who has been pushing this for days:

Told ya!!! The first of The Trump Tapes has been released. Boom! A lot more where that came from! @realDonaldTrump is a pure scumbag!!!

Congrats to my courageous friend who released the Trump Tape!!! You are a true American hero for taking down that scum @realDonaldTrump …

More Trump Tapes to come!!! Told ya this stuff was incredibly damning…
Goodbye @realDonaldTrump !

It’s all coming to a head — and if more gets released, Trump is REALLY going to be in hot water.

What do U think, Perezcious readers?! Is this the beginning of the actual end for The Donald, or does he survive until Election Day, where he will assuredly lose?!
