No matter how many people want him to drop out, Donald Trump does NOT want to quit the race for the White House.

The horribly-flawed Republican presidential candidate spoke to the Washington Post on Saturday and reiterated that, even despite the horrifying recent controversy surrounding old remarks, he will NOT quit the race and is going to see it through until the bitter end.

The Donald told Robert Costa, a Post reporter who has been relentlessly covering him, that:

"I’d never withdraw. I’ve never withdrawn in my life. No, I’m not quitting this race. I have tremendous support. People are calling and saying, ‘Don’t even think about doing anything else but running.’ You have to see what’s going on. The real story is that people have no idea about the support. I don’t know how that’s going to boil down, but people have no idea about the support."

Uh… right.

Republican Party mainstays are openly leaving The Donald, and yet he believe he has "tremendous support."

Suuuuuuuuuure you do, Donald.

The Donald claims he met with advisers and family members on Friday night at Trump Tower, and reiterated that no matter what, he is going to stay in the presidential race — and he still intends to do the debate on Sunday night.

He said:

"They’re not going to make me quit, and they can’t make me quit. The Republicans, you’ve got to remember, have been running for a long time. The reason they don’t win is because they don’t stick together."

He’s even considering speaking tonight, a day ahead of the debate, to get ahead of the story:

"That’s what I’m thinking about. We’ll see. Forget [about quitting]. That’s not my deal. Zero chance. I’ve never quit in my life. . . . I can give you my word that I’m never leaving."

Looks like another few weeks of this and he might just take down the whole Republican Party with him!!
